Her project, in addition to design, focuses on the creation of artistic pieces where she uses her flagship material: leather. She uses natural and biodegradable materials such as vegetable tanned leather, certified wood and Galician granite. Nature is not only an inspiration, but also manifests itself in the choice of materials and techniques.
Besteiro has been recognized with awards such as the National Craftsmanship Award in the Entrepreneurship category and has collaborated with renowned brands such as Loewe.
Its artisanal approach and commitment to sustainability, design and art have positioned it as a benchmark in contemporary leather goods.
