\nOnce the order has been placed, it will be automatically acknowledged by an email confirming the purchase, and will include the following information: order reference number, client details, invoice details, delivery \/ reception mode, payment mode, price display and order summary. Please, make sure to check all the order details as you will be responsible for any additional charge that may result from changes in the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prices and Payment Conditions<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

All prices for the products and services in Santiago Besteiro Design are specified clearly on the website and are shown in your order confirmation. All prices include VAT and shipping cost. You will receive your order invoice at the moment the order is delivered to you. Please make sure to keep it safe in the event of future claims.<\/span><\/p>\n

PayPal is the safer, faster and smarter way to buy. When the payment is sent, Paypal charges the credit card of the buyer the agreed amount and sends at the same time, when the transaction is authorized, the money to the seller. \nIf you have selected to pay by bank transfer, when you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming your purchase, including the bank details for the transfer. Orders will be automatically cancelled if the payment is not received within 10 calendar days starting from the date the order is placed. Delivery Terms<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

If you have selected courier delivery, estimated delivery time frame will be indicated on the website during the purchase process, the effectiveness will start once purchase order item confirmed.
\nIf the items in your Shopping Basket have different delivery dates, all items will be grouped and delivered together as soon as they are ready to be dispatched.

Delivery Options<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Santiago Besteiro Design\u00a0 <\/span>makes the delivery of your order easier by offering the services of\u00a0 <\/span>UPS delivery. For deliveries to countries not included in the list provided, please contact Santiago Besteiro Design at\u00a0shop@santiagobesteiro.com<\/span><\/a>\u00a0We will inform you on the possibility of shipping your order and on all delivery options and costs.
\nOnce Santiago Besteiro Design has handed over your order to UPS couriers for delivery, you will receive an email notifying that the delivery process has begun, along with a Tracking Number that will allow you to track and get information on your delivery status through the company\u2019s website at www.ups.com<\/span><\/a>
\nDeliveries will always be made to the address you specified as Delivery Address during the order process. Santiago Besteiro Design will not be held liable for any failure to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address details, after unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier company. In the case of wrong delivery address, delivery will have an additional charge of 5 <\/span>\u20ac<\/span>\/delivery, which will be invoiced by bank transfer following UPS stated additional costs. Finally, in the case the order cannot be delivered, delivery costs, plus a 4.75 <\/span>\u20ac<\/span> fee will be charged by bank transfer. In the event of custom sale taxes or any other fees arising at the delivery destination, it is full responsibility of the client to ensure payment of these fees. Failure to meet these fees will result in an additional 9.35 <\/span>\u20ac<\/span>, in addition to delivery costs and other applicable charges.
\nPlease open all goods in front of the courier upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event of any damage or missing items, write them down in the delivery receipt before signing. You have 24h to notify these damages to Santiago Besteiro Design, who will proceed with the relevant procedures. Once this time limit has been exceeded, Santiago Besteiro Design will not be held responsible for any damages.<\/span><\/p>\n

Returns and Changes<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

If you wish to return all or some of the items you purchased online, you must notify your decision to Santiago Besteiro Design within 7 working days by emailing . For any return which is not due to a damage or mistake on behalf of Santiago Besteiro Design, all courier costs will be charged to the client, as well as all administration costs which represent 10% approx. of sales value. The products returned must be undamaged, unassembled and unused, and must be returned in their original packaging and with the original labels. We recommend you guarantee safe delivery, as Santiago Besteiro Design will not be liable for damaged or lost deliveries. Provided the products are returned to Santiago Besteiro Design undamaged, we will refund the price paid for the product, following the original payment procedure and deducting applicable expenses.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nWarranty<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

All Santiago Besteiro Design<\/b> products carry a 5-YEAR limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a defective product, Santiago Besteiro Design will proceed, as appropriate, to repair or replace the product, with no charge to the client. <\/span><\/p>\n
